Shipping Policy Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 3 PM will begin processing the next business day. Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Return Policy Eligibility: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. HD wigs must not be altered or worn. Return Process: Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@sweethoneyhair.com with your order number and reason for return. Receive Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include the return authorization number inside the package. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Exchanges: For exchanges, follow the return process and specify the item you wish to exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process and ship the replacement.
